Robinette Lorene Caskey was born November 20, 1919, to Charles and Ida (Fechner) Luedeke of Stanton, Nebraska. She died on Tuesday, July 21, at the Stanton Health Center.

She graduated from Stanton High School in 1937 and married Lawrence "Larry" Daniel Caskey on August 17, 1941. They celebrated 66 years of marriage in 2007.

Rob was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Stanton. She had been active in Faith Lutheran Ladies Aid, Women's Service Guild at the former Lutheran Community Hospital, the American Legion Auxiliary Post #88, her Kensington Club and her special Bridge Clubs.

Rob enjoyed being with her family and attending their many gatherings. Over the years she enjoyed golfing, the University of Nebraska Cornhusker football games, and traveling throughout the States, Europe, Singapore, Japan, and Kenya.

Survivors include her four children and spouses, Charles and Rae Caskey of Stanton; Susan and Dan Watts of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Jean Caskey of the Cayman Islands; and Daniel Caskey of Stanton; five grandchildren and spouses, Chris and Amy Caskey of Norfolk; Brady and Kendra Caskey of Ogallala; Dana and Brett Bixenmann of Plano, Texas; Drew Caskey of Houston, Texas; and Blair and Zach Molacek of Omaha; eight great-grandchildren; and two nieces.

Robinette is preceded in death by her husband, Larry; parents; sister, Verna (Luedeke) Sanders; and brother, Leo Luedeke.
